TERMS, CONDITIONS AND POLICY

Refined Beauty is committed to providing high-quality lash services free from appointment issues.

Appointments 

A non-refundable £10 deposit must be transferred to secure the booking.

Each lash service must be booked individually, plus ones are not permitted during the appointment unless agreed upon by the lash tech and client. 

An appointment can only be rescheduled once, with at least 48 hours notice. Any requests made outside of these limits will require a new deposit. 

On the occasion that the technician or the client, is unwell on the day of the appointment, the booking can only be rescheduled for a future slot. Deposits will be held and a refund cannot be provided. 

If the client fails to attend the appointment, a 'No Show Appointment' charge will be incurred. The amount charged would be the full service cost that was originally booked. 

Late fees:
1-10 minutes late = £0

10 minutes late = £10

20 minutes+ lateness will have to be agreed upon by the lash tech, or it will lead to a cancelled appointment.

Patch testing

In accordance with guidelines for lash adhesives, a patch test in not compulsory, but can be offered upon request. 

Patch testing does not provide a 100% conclusive results, thus, Refined Beauty will not be liable to any allergic reactions and sensitivities.
